Team MMI ordering information and instructions:
Team MMI offers both phone and online ordering. To place an order
by phone for any product we carry, please call toll free at 1-877-MMI-KART
(1-877-664-5278). Our business hours are Monday through Thursday from
10:00 A.M to 8:00 P.M pacific time. To place an order online, simply
enter the online store and browse around. Products available for online
ordering will have an "add to cart" button associated with
them. Clicking this button will add the item, in the quantity you specify,
to your personal shopping cart. When you are finished shopping you can
return to your shopping cart and proceed with the checkout process.
Your order will not be complete until you go through the checkout process.
Payment:
Team MMI accepts VISA, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. We
also ship C.O.D.. Purchases made in our online store are credit card
only. If you wish to place a C.O.D. order, please call us at 1-877-664-5278
and we will be happy to accomodate your needs.
Secure Online Ordering:
After the checkout process your transaction will be encrypted for transmission
to a secure server. All information provided by you is confidential.
We do not provide any information to any other companies regarding you.
After you place your order and proceed through checkout, you will receive
an email confirmation of your order. Please retain it until you receive
the order.
Shipping Information:
Team MMI ships via Fedex Ground, Fedex Overnight, Fedex 2nd Day, Fedex
3rd Day and Fedex Express Saver. We also ship via truck on Viking Freight.
Returns:
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the quality of any product
purchased you have 30 days to contact us for a return authorization.
Return authorization will be granted for any product provided it is
within 30 days of the invoice and the product is in new, unused and
undamaged condition. Once you have received a return authorization you
may ship the product to an address we will provide. Once we receive
the product and verify that it is unused and undamaged, we will credit
your credit card for the price of the product. You will not be credited
for the outgoing shipping charge. After 30 days there is a 15% restocking
fee for all returns.

including death resulting from the use of any product purchased from
